Resume

Jiangang is the Chunhui Program Scholar of Ministry of Education and the winner of Sichuan Medical Science and Technology Award. His research focuses on medical ultrasound artificial intelligence, wearable medical devices, etc. He has published more than 40 international academic papers, with publication in IEEE Transactions on Medical Imaging(IF:10.048), Frontiers in Oncology(IF: 6.244), European Radiology(IF:5.3), Computer Methods and Programs in Biomedicine(IF: 5.428), and authorized more than 10 domestic and foreign invention patents, participated in the compilation of the Novel coronavirus Pneumonia Imaging Diagnosis and Artificial intelligence book. In the past two years, I guided more than 30 graduate students and undergraduates to participate in Internet +, Challenge Cup, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, National University Computer ability Challenge and other competitions, and won the excellent project of the National University Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program in 2021, the first prize and second prize of the National University Computer Ability Challenge in 2020 and other awards. He invented the first wireless handheld 3D ultrasound product, and won Cixi Shanglin talents and Ningbo 3315 entrepreneurial talent title and financial supports.

Research Fields

1. Emergency & Critical Care Ultrasound
 To develop automated and intelligent algorithms for ultrasound diagonsis of emergency and critical injuries, such as pneumothorax, pneumonia, shock, cardiac arrest, intracranial hypertension, liver and spleen rupture, internal bleeding, etc.


2. Obstetric Ultrasound
 To develop smart algorithms for automated and intelligent evaluation of fetal development, preterm birth, e.g., automatic recognition, segmentation and big data analysis for the fetal lung, brain, etc.
 

3. Hand-held Ultrasound System

 To develop wireless,hand-held ultrasound system, including high speed hardward and software

A型超声的便携式气胸诊断仪外形和钢笔大小相当,具有极高的便携性,成本在千元以下,并且集成自主开发的气胸自动检测算法,只需简单的在胸前肋间滑动即可检测胸膜是否滑动,从而自动输出检测结果,无需医生判读,对气胸诊断具有较高的诊断率。
