工作经历

个人简介

主要从事极端光学成像关键技术及应用研究,包括超快光学成像、超分辨光学成像、光散射成像、量子成像、非线性光学成像和计算光学成像。近年来以第一作者/通讯作者在Physical Review Letters、Optica、Science Bulletin、Advanced Photonics、Laser and Photonics Reviews, ACS Photonics、Photonics Research、Physical Review Applied等国际重要学术刊物发表论文150余篇,申请授权中国发明专利13余项,美国专利2项、主持国家自然科学基金委和上海市科委项目共计10余项,包括国家自然科学基金委杰出青年科学基金项目、重大研究计划重点项目、面上项目、上海市科委基础研究重点项目等等,荣获上海市技术发明一等奖、上海市自然科学一等奖、上海市优秀学术/技术带头人、上海市青年科技启明星、上海市普陀区领军人才等等。

极端光学成像(EOI)研究小组

1、超快光学成像

捕获超快瞬态场景是诸多研究领域的迫切需求。本课题研究,针对不可逆或不可重复超快场景的观测难题,我们发展了多种单次超快光学成像技术,包括被动式的压缩超快成像Compressed ultrafast photography, CUP),以及主动式的啁啾光谱映射超快成像(Chirped spectral mapping ultrafast photography, CSMUP)和偏振分辨超快映射成像(Polarization-resolved ultrafast mapping photography, PUMP)。CUP技术具有超高的成像速度和超大的序列深度,而CSMUP和PUMP技术具备较高的空间分辨能力。这些超快光学成像技术为复杂光场的表征、激光烧蚀动力学的观测等场景提供了关键工具。

2、超分辨光学成像

显微成像技术是人类认识微观世界的重要工具,然而由于光学衍射效应,常规光学显微镜的分辨极限制约了人们对于更加精细结构的认识。超分辨显微成像技术通过单分子定位、非线性效应或者空间频谱调制等手段绕过分辨率限制,获得超越传统光学显微的分辨能力,为细微结构的观测和研究提供了条件,尤其是生物医学中亚细胞器尺度的结构和动力学观测。本课题研究,针对超分辨显微成像技术的成像速度受限问题,发展了压缩成像型结构光照明显微技术(CISIM),结合压缩感知原理和结构光照明显微系统,实现单次图像采集,多帧图像重构,实现超分辨成像速度的显著提升。

3、散射成像

光散射是自然界中普遍存在的光学现象,长期以来一直限制了光学成像在各种应用中的深度。光场控制具有多维度、高自由度和强灵活性等优势,已成为克服光学散射并实现“穿云透雾”、“绕墙成像”等技术的首选方法。本研究立足于散射介质中的光传输理论,以实现散射介质的透明化为目标,解决散射光穿透深度、解调准确度和控制速度等问题,最终实现在散射介质内的高分辨率成像。

4、计算光学成像

计算成像是一门集几何光学、信息光学、计算光学、计算机视觉、数字图像处理、现代信号处理等学科于一体的交叉领域,能够突破经典成像模型和设备的局限性,获得丰富的场景信息,是目前成像技术的发展趋势。本课题研究,旨在探索计算成像的新原理、新模型和新算法。目前我们针对压缩超快成像中图像重构过程开发了新型重构算法,以提升重构图像质量,并探索超分辨显微成像中的分辨率提升方法。
