个人简介

主要从事超快光学成像技术及应用研究,包括压缩超快成像、非线性光学成像和计算成像。近年来以第一作者/通讯作者在Physical Review Letters、Optica、Physical Review Applied等国际重要学术刊物发表论文120余篇,申请授权中国发明专利6项,主持国家自然科学基金委和上海市科委项目共计10余项,包括国家自然科学基金委重大研究计划重点项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目、上海市科委基础研究重点项目等等。

超快光学成像(UOI)研究小组

1、压缩超快成像(Compressed Ultrafast Photography)

高速度捕获瞬态场景图象一直是摄影师们追求的梦想和目标。本课题,我们发展了一种基于压缩传感Compressed sensing和条纹相机Streak camera相结合技术,即压缩超高速摄影Compressed ultrafast photography, CUP技术,这种CUP技术可以捕获不重复时间变化事件,成像速度达到每秒10^12帧,极大地提高了成像速度。相比于现有的超快成像技术,这种CUP技术具有非常明显的优势,它是单次相机拍照测量一个x-y-t事件,其中xy是空间坐标,而t是时间坐标,因此可以观察瞬态发生事件,时间分辨率可以达到皮秒量级。

2、非线性光学显微成像 (Nonlinear Optical Microscopy)

利用飞秒激光脉冲作为光源开展的非线性光学显微成像研究具有三维空间分辨率、信噪比以及对比度高等优点,可以用来检测生物样本的长期动态特性。本课题,我们发展一种飞秒激光脉冲整形技术来进一步提高荧光显微成像和拉曼显微成像灵敏度和分辨率。通过频域上控制飞秒激光脉冲的幅度、相位和偏振可以获得在时域上几乎任意形状飞秒激光脉冲,这种超快脉冲整形技术为控制多光子荧光和受激拉曼信号提供一种新技术和新方法。

3、计算成像 (Computational Imaging)

计算成像是一门集几何光学、信息光学、计算光学、计算机视觉、数字图像处理、现代信号处理等学科于一体的交叉领域,能够突破经典成像模型和设备的局限性,获得丰富的场景信息,是目前成像技术的发展趋势。本课题,我们针对压缩超快成像中图像重构过程开发了包括增广拉格朗日算法在内的多种算法,并探索多种基于深度学习的压缩超快成像重构方法,以提高重构图像信噪比,缩短重构时间。
