个人简介

华东师大心理与认知科学学院副教授,博士生导师;华师大儿童脑成像中心副主任。


黄楚中实验室的研究聚焦于利用非侵入性磁共振成像技术描绘大脑结构和功能的老化轨迹,以及成功老龄化的促进作用与相关健康成年人老化机制研究。有鉴于大脑结构是形成认知功能的基础,了解大脑中扮演信息处理的灰质和信号通路的白质之间的交互作用至关重要,对大脑结构连接组学的深入了解将有望为揭示认知以及神经退行性、精神疾病的发展提供神经生物学证据。因此,实验室主要研究目标围绕整合最先进的神经影像学方法,包括复杂皮层型态、弥散磁共振和定量成像技术,重建人类脑网络及相关指标,作为评估大脑性能状态的探针,为人类毕生阶段的大脑健康状况提出客观的生物标识。

研究方向

个人专长主要研究为运用多模态磁振造影影像搭配进阶影像学分析法及统计模型探索生物医学标记,其中包含脑皮质结构(体积、厚度、皱褶曲度)、功能(血氧浓度讯号)。本人致力于探讨大脑连结于发育、老化、以及神经精神疾病之研究,利用多模式影像技术整合大脑结构、损伤以及功能连结变化,以找寻生物潜在影像标记为目标,以作为未来精准医疗及转化医学上预防、评估及治疗依据。
