Resume

Currently working at East China Normal University as a professor and the supervisor for PhD students.

Graduated (PhD, 2007) from National Laboratory of Infrared Physics, Shanghai Institute of Technology and Physics. 

Focusing on the optical/electrical physical properties of new-type semiconductors

Coauthoring over hundred publications, such as Nature Communications, Laser Photonics Reviews, Photonics Research, PRB and APL, with a total citation of about 2500.

Other Appointments

1) Outstanding Reviewer for the Elsevier journal of SPECTROCHIMICA ACTA PART A.

2) Guest editor for the Scientific World Journal.

Research aims/conditions:


2D layered materials;

Doped semiconductors and low-dimensional structures;

Steady state and transient optical spectroscopy;

Extreme conditions including high power lasers, low temperature, high magnetic field.
