个人简介

电子科学系系主任、极化材料与器件教育部重点实验室常务副主任。

2007年3月中科院上海技术物理研究所红外物理国家重点实验室博士毕业。

主要从事窄带半导体/新型低维材料结构及其光电热学性质研究

发表SCI论文百余篇,其中第一/通讯作者60多篇,包括Nature Communications(含2篇ESI高被引)、Laser Photonics Reviews(含Back Cover)、ACS Nano、Advanced Functional Materials、Photonics Research、JPCL、Small、PRB(含R.C.)、APL等;已被包括Nature、Nature Materials/Nanotechnology/Electronics、Science等在内的期刊引用三千余次。合作申请国家发明专利5项(含授权4项)。

作为参与人获上海市技术发明奖二等奖1项;合作指导学生团队获中国国际大学生创新大赛国赛金奖;获校卓越育人优秀研究生导师奖、校创新创业优秀指导教师、中国国际大学生创新大赛优秀指导教师等称号。
