个人简介
陈晓红博士,华东师范大学副研究员、硕士生导师。1997年毕业于吉林大学电子材料与元器件专业,获理学学士学位。2002年毕业于中科院长春光学精密机械与物理所,获凝聚态物理专业博士学位。研究方向为有机电致发光显示,导师徐叙瑢院士。2002年至2004年在中科院北京半导体所从事博士后研究工作,获得2004年中国博士后科学研究基金。2004年至2006年,在葡萄牙INESC-MN微系统和纳米技术研究所从事博士后研究工作,并获得了葡萄牙科学与技术博士后基金,主要研究磁性隧道结器件(TMR)。2006年至2008年在美国罗切斯特大学(University of Rochester)作访问学者,主要从事有机太阳能电池研究和有机薄膜晶体管研究。2008年到2009年11月,在新加坡国立大学从事有机太阳能电池研究。2009年11月加入华东师范大学纳光电集成与先进装备教育部工程研究中心。
主持国家和省部级项目共7项目,主持横向项目2项,2011年入选上海市“浦江”人才,发表SCI论文100余篇,引用超过2600次,相关工作被Science等国际著名期刊引用,申请专利15余项,其中授权专利8项。研究方向包括电催化制氢、氢燃料电池、钙钛矿太阳能电池、有机太阳能电池、纳米材料、透明导电薄膜、真空镀膜及装备等领域。
