    Resume

    Yi Lingfeng, Director of the Business Administration Department of East China Normal University, Professor of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management, and Deputy Director of the Cross-Strait Human Resource Research Center of East China Normal University.

    He has undertaken more than 20 human resource management projects at different levels including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and published books and translations such as “Knowledge Management”, “Modern Personnel Evaluation” and “The Art of Coaching”.

    He has also undertaken human resource consulting projects for more than 20 state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises such as China UnionPay, China National Offshore Oil Corporation, Shentong Co., Ltd., and United Investment.

    He is also a concurrently professor of EMBA, EMPACC and executive management training in Chinese University of Hong Kong, Arizona State University-National School of Accounting, and Shanghai Jiaotong University Advanced School of Finance. He was honored as the “Most Popular MBA Teacher” of East China Normal University (2017 & 2020).
