He is currently a professor and doctoral supervisor in the Department of Business Administration,School of Business Administration, Faculty of Economics and management, ECNU. He also serves as a Program (Academic) director of Double-degree of Business Administration at Asia Europe Business School, ECNU. Professor Wang obtained his PhD degree in business management from Guanghua School of management, Peking University, Master's degree in business management and Bachelor's degree in economics from the school of management, National Central University inTaiwan (China). He was an associate researcher of the Institute of international business management at Peking University, a postdoctoral fellow of Antai college of economics and management at Shanghai Jiaotong University, and a visiting scholar at University of Washington (Seattle, USA).
