    1987-1991 Bachelor of Economics at East China Normal University;

    1991-1994 Master of Economics at East China Normal University;

    1997-2000 PhD in Finance Department of East China Normal University;


    Work Experience:

    1994-2000 Teaching at the Department of Social Sciences of the former Shanghai Railway Institute (and then merged into Tongji University);

    2000 till now Teaching in the Finance Department of East China Normal University;

    In 2002, she was awarded the title of associate professor.

    Courses of Monetary Finance and Commercial Bank Management are offered to undergraduates;

    Scientific

    Academic Achievements

    Niedan's doctoral thesis won the 2004 Shanghai Outstanding Dissertation Award and she is the author of 1 monograph and 1 translation and the sole author of more than 800,000 words of A New Edition of Monetary Finance, published by Tsinghua University Press in 2019. Her research results won the third prize of Shanghai Philosophy and Social Science Works and the third prize of Shanghai Philosophy and Social Science Papers. Her research work was funded by the National Social Science Foundation and Shanghai Philosophy and Social Science Foundation.

    Honor

    In 2019, she won the Annual Teaching Contribution Award of ECNU.
