    She graduated from SUFE and joined ECNU in 2014, then became associate professor in 2016. She visited and studied at Wharton during 2012 to 2013, and served as peer reviewer for Journal of Management Sciences in China, Nankai Business Review, Foreign Economics and Management, South China Journal of Economics and so on. Her research interests include strategic management and corporate governance, governance of private (family) corporate, innovation, internationalization and social responsibility in the context of China transformation.

    She has published more than 40 academic achievements in Economic Research Journal, Management World, Journal of Management Sciences in China, China Industrial Economics, Nankai Business Review, Journal of Chinese Entrepreneurship and other authoritative journals home or abroad.

    She has also presided over 2 National Natural Science Foundation projects, 1 Shanghai Pujiang talent project, 1 Shanghai philosophy and Social Sciences project, 3 school-level projects, participated in 1 international level project, 5 national projects, 2 provincial and ministerial projects, won 18 provincial and ministerial academic awards.

    She serves as anonymous reviewer of academic journals such as Journal of Management Sciences in China, Nankai Business Review, Foreign Economics and Management, South China Journal of Economics, Quarterly Journal of Management, Finance and Trade Economics.
