    Jia Ding is currently a lecturer in the School of Business Adminstation, Faculty of Economics and management, ECNU. She received her Ph.D. degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2021, and her MSc and BS degrees from Georgetown University in 2014 and Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2012, respectively. She has rich industrial experience and her research interests include operations management, production planning and control, digital transformation, and the application of AI technology. She has published papers in such journals as European Journal of Operational Research, Advanced Engineering Informatics, and Journal of Management Sciences in China.
