个人简介

陈少强,工学博士,教授,博士生导师。20022005年分别获得华东师范大学微电子学专业学士和硕士学位,2009年获得日本筑波大学电子物理工学专业博士学位。博士毕业后一直在日本东京大学物性研究所从事科研工作,任日本学术振兴会特别研究员。2013年被评为上海高校特聘教授(东方学者),同年入选国家人才计划, 2014年被聘为华东师范大学紫江优秀青年研究员,2016起担任电子工程系主任,2020至2021年担任日本东京大学特任教授,2022起担任精密光谱科学与技术国家重点实验室副主任。主要从事通信光芯片、微纳激光器、高效率太阳能电池、超快驱动电芯片与系统等方面的科研工作。至今已发表科技论文120多篇,其中SCI收录论文100篇,申请中国专利25项、获得授权14项。先后荣获日本政府奖学金、中国国家优秀自费留学生、日本学术振兴会奖学金、上海市科技进步二等奖、中国光学科技一等奖等多项科研奖励。

研究方向

课题组研究方向: 高端化合物半导体光电器件与芯片,包括:半导体超快激光芯片与激光器、集成电路驱动芯片与系统、高效率光伏材料与器件、智能传感应用等。
