研究方向

研究方向:

关注雄性生殖过程中精子成熟和修饰机理研究,同时对副性腺分泌蛋白在精子成熟和修饰过程中的作用感兴趣,借助高通量测序分析方法对精巢、副性腺组织的转录组、蛋白质组以及microRNA进行系统分析,从中发现与雄性生殖机理调控相关的信号途径和关键作用元件进行研究。目前着手深入的研究有以下几个方面的内容,第一个方面是副性腺蛋白调节家蚕交配繁殖行为研究,利用CRISPR/Cas9基因编辑技术构建Ser2基因突变体,获得雄性不育突变体;第二方面是关于MAPKs信号通路中与生殖调控相关的关键基因及蛋白功能研究,主要包括ERK、p38和JNK基因及蛋白在精子发生以及顶体反应过程中的调节作用研究;第三个方面是关于泛素蛋白酶体途径在精子顶体反应中的功能研究,包括泛素E3连接酶Culin4在精子发生和精巢发育过程中的功能研究以及泛素蛋白酶体途径参与的精子质量控制研究;另外我们还关注Hippo信号通路调节器官组织大小机制研究,以期从性腺发育角度调节昆虫交配繁殖行为。在此基础上,我们结合生殖生物学特点进行经济昆虫和害虫两个方面的开发研究,逐步建立益虫更益、害虫不害的转基因改造体系,利用昆虫资源更好的服务人类。
