个人简介

华东师范大学心理与认知科学学院副教授,北京师范大学临床与咨询方向博士,瑞士苏黎世大学心理病理与临床干预方向联合培养博士,2021年入选上海市浦江人才计划。研究方向为丧亲与哀伤。目前发表SSCI/SCI/CSSCI论文30余篇,主持国家社会科学基金青年项目、博士后面上项目若干。担任Clinical Psychology and PsychotherapyGlobal and Health、Psychological trauma theory research practice and policy等期刊审稿人。目前为中国心理学会注册系统心理师(X-24-774),主要采用认知行为疗法结合人本主义进行工作,擅长领域包括:临终关怀与哀伤辅导,焦虑类心理困扰,轻中度抑郁,个人成长议题等。

研究方向

1. 延长性哀伤障碍的社会文化机制与心理干预研究

基于社会文化背景,系统考察延长性哀伤障碍(Prolonged Grief Disorder, PGD)的评估与诊断标准的本土化适配,探究其社会与文化层面的心理病理机制,并开发与验证基于社会与文化敏感性的心理干预策略,以促进失亲者的心理适应与功能重建。

2. 人工智能与人类心理健康协同机制研究

关注人类与人工智能在心理健康领域的互动与协同,探索AI在心理支持、情绪调节中的应用潜力与伦理边界,研究AI在何种场景下能够有效助力心理健康服务、在何种情境下需要保持人类介入,以推动安全、负责任的人机共助模式的发展。
