华东师范大学明园晨晖学者，北京师范大学临床与咨询方向博士，瑞士苏黎世大学心理病理与临床干预方向联合培养博士，2021年入选上海市浦江人才计划。研究方向为丧亲与哀伤。目前发表SSCI/SCI/CSSCI论文30余篇，主持国家社会科学基金青年项目、博士后面上项目若干。担任Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy、Global and Health、Psychological trauma theory research practice and policy等期刊审稿人。目前为中国心理学会注册系统心理师（伦理公示），主要采用认知行为疗法进行工作，擅长领域包括：临终关怀与哀伤辅导，焦虑类心理困扰，轻中度抑郁，个人成长议题等。
