华东师范大学心理与认知科学学院副教授，北京师范大学临床与咨询方向博士，瑞士苏黎世大学心理病理与临床干预方向联合培养博士，2021年入选上海市浦江人才计划。研究方向为丧亲与哀伤。目前发表SSCI/SCI/CSSCI论文30余篇，主持国家社会科学基金青年项目、博士后面上项目若干。担任Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy、Global and Health、Psychological trauma theory research practice and policy等期刊审稿人。目前为中国心理学会注册系统心理师（X-24-774），主要采用认知行为疗法结合人本主义进行工作，擅长领域包括：临终关怀与哀伤辅导，焦虑类心理困扰，轻中度抑郁，个人成长议题等。

1. 延长性哀伤障碍的社会文化机制与心理干预研究

基于社会文化背景，系统考察延长性哀伤障碍（Prolonged Grief Disorder, PGD）的评估与诊断标准的本土化适配，探究其社会与文化层面的心理病理机制，并开发与验证基于社会与文化敏感性的心理干预策略，以促进失亲者的心理适应与功能重建。

2. 人工智能与人类心理健康协同机制研究

关注人类与人工智能在心理健康领域的互动与协同，探索AI在心理支持、情绪调节中的应用潜力与伦理边界，研究AI在何种场景下能够有效助力心理健康服务、在何种情境下需要保持人类介入，以推动安全、负责任的人机共助模式的发展。
