周家琦博士，华东师范大学心理与认知科学明园晨晖学者，美国纽约州立石溪大学博士毕业。

临床经验：

美国纽约州注册心理学家。自2016年开始从事心理咨询工作，在中学、大学门诊、以及社区门诊积累了超过3000小时以循证实践为基础的面对面个人、家庭、以及团体临床心理治疗经验。可熟练运用的主要心理治疗理论与方法包括知行为疗法（Cognitive Behavioral Therapy，包括Trauma-Focused CBT），辩证行为疗法 (Dialectical Behavior Therapy)，认知处理治疗（Cognitive Processing Therapy），亲子互动疗法（Parent-Child Interaction Therapy）, 父母管理训练（Parent Management Training），接受与承诺疗法（Acceptance and Commitment Therapy）, 情感焦点疗法（Emotionally Focused Therapy）等。擅长治疗的心理疾病包括儿童以及成人强迫症、创伤后遗症、焦虑症、抑郁症、对立反抗症、边缘性人格障碍，以及相关的家庭关系问题与危机求援。

⻘少年与⻘年成人心理健康与干预:

• ⻘少年(12-18岁)与⻘年成人(18-29岁)常⻅的行为障碍(包括网络成 瘾、非自杀性自伤等)与情绪障碍(包括抑郁症等)的社会性病因与维持机制。

• 针对⻘少年与⻘年成人常⻅行为与情绪障碍的评估。重点关注利用多模态 数据结合机器学习等新式数据分析对心理障碍进行精准评估。

• 针对⻘少年与⻘年成人在发展转折期容易触发的行为障碍与情绪障碍的干 预研究。重点关注包括在中国文化背景下，常⻅心理干预对行为与情绪障碍 的有效性，包括认知行为疗法、辨证行为疗法、家庭干预等。
