个人简介

华东师范大学社会与管理心理学系助理教授,明园晨晖学者。主要关注积极心理学相关理论在不同领域的应用,比如管理学,行为经济学,智能科技等领域。研究兴趣包括个人成长,幸福感(eudaimonia & hedonia),以及主动行为。尝试从不同的角度(比如心理,行为,科技等)解释和回答如何促进自我实现和个人成长。已在Journal of Vocational Behavior, Journal of Happiness Studies, European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology上发表多篇论文。

研究方向为积极心理学和管理心理学。主要通过经验取样法,纵向调查,动态系统建模等方法研究:

(2)如何通过主动行为促进自我实现和员工个人资源增长(eudaimonia)

(3)如何利用科技更好地发挥人的潜能(technology)
