个人简介


李世佳博士,华东师范大学心理与认知科学学院健康与临床心理学系副教授,德国奥尔登堡大学生物心理学博士,德国马格德堡大学医学院和莱布尼茨神经生物学研究所博士后,荷兰唐德斯脑-行为-认知研究所访问学者,研究方向为社会压力和情绪障碍。承担国家自然科学基金和上海市扬帆人才计划等国家省部级科研项目,在Human Brain Mapping, Journal of Affactive Disorders, Neurobiology of Stress等国际高水平期刊上发表了数十篇科研论文。教授《生物心理学》、《压力心理学》、《Frontiers in Biopsychology: Stress, Brain and Mental Health》等本科课程。著作《压力心理学:从大脑、个人成长到心理健康》(上海教育出版社,2021),《和猫咪小姐的压力对话:一本人人都看得懂的心理解压图书》(上海科技文献出版社,2024)。上海市科普作家协会会员。


研究重点:

1) 健康人群和情绪疾病人群在经历急性压力时的生理心理反应个体差异;

2) 急性和慢性压力对亲社会行为和对认知灵活性的影响;

3) 异常压力应对行为的预防和减压心理干预方法的开发。
