胡捷博士,现任华东师范大学心理与认知科学学院研究员，紫江青年学者。2011年毕业于中山大学心理学系，获理学学士学位；2017年毕业于北京大学心理与认知科学学院，获得理学博士学位；2017年至2023年在瑞士苏黎世大学经济学系苏黎世神经经济学中心开展博士后研究工作。在此期间，胡捷博士致力于利用脑成像（脑电图、功能磁共振成像）、神经调控（经颅磁刺激、经颅直/交流电刺激）、计算建模等技术研究社会行为的心理与认知神经机制。其研究工作揭示了个体做出资源分配决策的计算神经机制，发现了在不同情境和个体间造成资源分配倾向差异的认知加工来源，并阐明了多重动机之间的冲突解决过程及其引导决策的神经基础；阐明了个体整合自我利益与他人利益、做出利他决策的计算神经机制，以及相关神经网络在利他决策中的调控机制。研究成果发表于PNAS, eLife, Journal of Neuroscience、Neuroimage、Current Opinion in Psychology等具有国际影响力的心理学和神经科学SCI期刊。并担任Frontiers in Psychology期刊副主编、Frontiers in Human Neuroscience期刊编委，以及Psychological Science, Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin, Social Cognitive and Affective Neuroscience, Biological Psychology和Cognitive Affective and Behavioral Neuroscience等期刊审稿人。
