研究方向

华东师范大学特殊教育学博士。国家二级心理咨询师。上海浦江人才计划获得者,美国心理学会会员,全美康复咨询教育协会会员。曾任职美国密歇根州立大学教育学院残疾研究与康复咨询系助理研究员,爱尔兰国立大学高威分校心理学院博士后研究员,爱尔兰国家自闭症及神经发展障碍研究中心博士后研究员,美国乔治城大学人类与儿童发展中心儿童早期发展与评估方向访问学者。2015年获全美职业康复协会研究奖一等奖。


主要从事发展障碍类个体,包括自闭症,智力障碍个体以生涯教育和职业参与为导向的社会融合研究,特别关注残障个体的职业生涯教育,自我发展及社会参与。
