Research Fields

My research covers from developing chemically-inducible CRISPR tools for site-specific DNA/RNA epigenetic editing, mRNA medicine development (including mRNA-based CRISPR-mediated RNA editing for the treatment of hereditary diseases and mRNA vaccine) to drug-delivery system developement and nanomedicine for cancer therapy. My reseasrch interest mainly includes developing mRNA medicine and introducing mRNA-based CRISPR RNA editing technology to biological and clinical applications.
