个人简介

鲍海勇,博士,教授,世界旅游互联网大会副秘书长,联合国教科文组织暑期学校讲师,CCF专业会员,浙江省旅游大数据专家委员会委员。具有6年日本、新加坡、西班牙等国留学、工作经历。近年来带领团队高效开展和完成了1000余个智慧校园、智慧城市、智慧旅游、智能电网项目规划设计、方案实施、系统集成、运营维护等。主要研究方向为大数据安全与隐私保护、网络与信息安全、区块链、虚拟/增强/混合现实、人工智能、智慧旅游、智慧城市、智能电网、智能教育、计算机软件理论及应用等。具有多学科专业背景、扎实的理论攻关能力以及项目管理与实施能力,掌握系统的计算机科学基础理论,并在旅游信息化应用领域有深入研究。在IEEE Transactions on Industrial InformaticsIEEE Internet of Things JournalIEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology等主流国际期刊/会议发表学术论文数十篇;出版英文编著2部;授权/申请国家发明专利20余项,已完成多项发明专利知识产权转让与产业化;多次受邀参加国际组织(联合国教科文组织、联合国世界旅游组织、世界运河历史文化城市合作组织、世界互联网大会、世界旅游互联网大会、国际数博会等)学术活动,交流、讨论与分享科研成果;作为第一负责人,主持国家自然科学基金(青年和面上)、浙江省重点研发计划、浙江省自然科学基金、浙江省公益计划、浙江省教育厅科技计划等;作为主要成员承担多项国家级、省部级科研项目。
