研究方向

  主要研究方向为磁共振成像相关算法和软件的研发,包括:磁共振图像重建、后处理、可视化等,特别是人工智能在上述领域的作用;基于人工智能的计算机辅助诊疗;磁共振成像的应用。


  曾主持开发过磁共振成像系统软件的研发,主持及参与了多个磁共振成像系统的研发;从事过的研究还包括磁共振核磁共振波谱学应用,特别是固体核磁共振波谱学在多相聚合物体系相结构和分子运动的核磁共振研究等。

    与十几家三甲医院合作进行机器学习、深度学习在医学影像领域中的应用研究。与医院以及西门子、俪娃荷等公司合作开发了影像组学科研平台软件,用于数十家医院的临床影像科研中。供俪娃荷、医院等合作开发了医学影像人工智能平台,并开发了前列腺全流程的模型,目前已在数家医院进行临床前试验研究。

学习的模型中发掘出最有效的模型,完成疾病的分类、治疗决策、预后评估等任务。

自动完成器官分割、病灶检测、分类分级等任务。为影像科的医生读片提供帮助。

 

  与上海康达卡勒幅医疗科技有限公司合作,参与并主持了0.35T、0.5T、1.5T、0.7T等一系列磁共振成像系统的研制开发与产业化工作,多款产品获得CFDA颁发的产品注册证,成功地进行了产业化。主持开发了完全自主知识产权的软件系统。

  作为课题负责人,承担过十多项科研项目,其中包括国家自然科学基金、上海市科委重大项目子课题、国家教委重点项目等。在国内外核心期刊上累计发表学术论文100多篇,其中SCI论文47篇。申请国家发明专利十多项。
