    个人简介

    2004年毕业于中国科学院上海硅酸盐研究所,获工学博士学位。2004年-2012年获日本科学振兴机构(JST)、日本学术振兴会(JSPS)资助,在日本产业技术综合研究所、日本奈良先端科学技术大学院大学从事信息功能材料与器件的研发工作。在Nature Commun.、Adv. Mater.、Adv. Funct. Mater.、Adv. Electron. Mater.、Appl. Phys. Lett.等权威学术期刊上发表论文100余篇,应邀参加国际性学术会议及报告近20次。
