学术成果
1996年被聘德国洪堡研究员,去德国Max-Planck微结构物理所工作,1998年年底回国。2000年获国家杰出青年科学基金,2006年被列入上海市优秀学科带头人计划。曾担任复旦大学光科学与工程系系主任之职,国家自然科学基金重大项目首席科学家和上海市基础重大项目的负责人,中国光学学会基础光学专业委员会副主任,IEEE国际磁学学会技术委员会委员,并享受国务院政府特殊津贴。
多年来,主持承担包括国家基金委重大项目、上海市基础研究重大项目、教育部优秀年轻教师基金、教育部重点基金和973项目分课题等在内的项目近二十项,在纳米信息存储、磁诱导光学非线性效应和自旋极化高精度探测等方面取得重要成果,在多个国际学术会议上作大会和邀请报告。发表学术论文90多篇,含Phys. Rev. Lett等文章多篇,有译著1部、著作撰写2个章节。本人参加的科研成果曾获江苏省科技进步一等奖和上海市青年优秀科技论文二等奖。
主要专长超高密度纳米磁存储、纳米自旋体系超快动力学、自旋电子学材料、低维磁结构磁性等方向的研究。曾主讲光学、固体物理学、磁性物理和磁性材料等课程。2005年获得复旦大学由本科生网上民主推选的“我身边的好老师”奖,2007年获复旦大学本科教学贡献奖。
