Lett.、PNAS分别以“Phonon Influence on Bulk Photovoltaic Effect in the Ferroelectric Semiconductor GeTe”和“Electrically induced 2D half-metallic antiferromagnets and spin field effect transistors”为题,发表了团队研究成果。这两项研究分别与美国宾夕法尼亚大学Andrew M. Rappe教授、加州大学伯克利分校Xiang Zhang院士合作完成,对推动铁电材料光伏应用以及二维反铁磁应用具有重要的指导意义,前者首次揭示了铁电光伏效应的温度特性,后者在二维反铁磁材料中获得了100%的自旋极化,提出了新型的二维自旋场效应晶体管模型,是反铁磁应用的重要进展。研究获得《中国科学报》、《文汇报》等重要媒体关注。 科研项目
