个人简介

陈时友,物理与电子科学学院电子科学系、极化材料与器件教育部重点实验室研究员,博士生导师。2009年6月获复旦大学理学博士学位,随后到华东师范大学工作,任副研究员;2011年至2013年,到美国劳伦斯-伯克利国家实验室从事博士后研究;2013年7月晋升研究员(博导)。主要从事半导体材料的计算模拟和理论设计研究,包括半导体缺陷和杂质、辐照损伤、新型化合物半导体、太阳能电池等方面。
