Zhang Xiumin, born in Shanghai, is an associate professor in the Department of accounting, School of business administration, East China Normal University.

Research expertise are semantic analysis of financial information, environmental management, asset pricing, tax planning, corporate social responsibility.

She has presided over and participated in more than 20 national, provincial and ministerial projects, and published more than 70 academic papers such as accounting research.

She is good at the cultivation of students' scientific and technological innovation projects, as well as the guidance of entrepreneurship and innovation competition projects.

7. Empirical research on environmental information disclosure of listed enterprises in China, the pre research project of Humanities and social sciences of East China Normal University (78110038), independently undertaken, completed in June 2010

8. Under the guidance of the scientific outlook on development to improve China's environmental accounting information disclosure mechanism, the university management project of Southwest University of Finance and Economics (09xg004) was independently undertaken and concluded in July 2011

9. Research on discount sales of railway tickets in China, subsidy project for academic monograph publication of Southwest University of Finance and economics in 2009, undertaken independently, and concluded in September 2010
