    Resume

         

          Ran(Andy) ZHANG, was granted his Ph.D’s Degree in Management Science from School of Economics and Management, Tongji University and now hold his academic position of Professor in Faculty of Economics and Management, East China Normal University. 

         His main research interest recently are Membership-based organizations including Non-profit Organization, co-operatives, as well as organization behavior(e.g. workplace stressors) and emotional labour with more than 30 concerned articles published on the core journals in China as well as that in the international peer-reviewed journal.
      In 2009, 2010, 2014, Andy was the visiting scholar at several prestigious universities in Australia, such as the Sydney University, the University of Technology, Sydney.

    " Social organizations' involvement of community governance " (National Scial Science Fund, 2020)

    “Branding approach of social organizations”(National Social Science Fund, 2014)

     “The Crisis, Re-construction and Evaluation of Reputation of Not-for-profit Organizations in China” (The Ministry of education of Humanities and Social Science Fund,2012) 

    ”The Government-oriented Approach for the Constructions of Public Trust of Charitable Organization in China”(The Ministry of Civil Affairs Research Fund,2013).

    Academic Achievements

    Published nearly 30 academic papers in SSCI and CSSCI journals as the first or independent author;

    Author of 6 monographs including Research on Reputation Management of Chinese Social Organizations、Managing the Nonprofit Organization;

    Presided over a number of national and provincial projects;

    Won the Scientific Research Achievement Award from the Ministry of Civil Affairs.
