    Muwang Yang, male, is an assistant professor of the Department of real estate,East China Normal University. Mainly engaged in house price , technology real estate, green low-carbon, sustainable development related research and application.


    I has published more than 20 papers in journals such as Journal of Chongqing University, Journal of East China Normal University , Journal of Ecological Economy, Journal of Exploration and Contending.

    I has presided over the research projects of the Ministry of science and technology of China, Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission, development research center of Shanghai Municipal People's government, Shanghai Research Association of building science and technology, China Real Estate Research Association, etc

    Low carbon planning, green technology application consultant and green building certification of large residential project (Shanghai lakeside city) of Shanghai Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 600748), covering an area of 4300 mu.In 2012, it won the best project team award of the first RICS Hong Kong real estate annual award sponsored by the Hong Kong division of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a professional society with global authority. It was the only award-winning project in mainland China that year;

    Low-carbon consulting, certification and technical consulting services of Xinyue apartment project of Shanghai real estate company (the largest real estate company of Shanghai , with two listed companies) . This project won the first international and domestic double green certification project of Shanghai affordable housing, and the first integrated application project of solar energy and building.

    Green low-carbon overall energy-saving solutions and services of Beijing Yintai Center Project (the tallest building in Chang'an Street, Beijing);

    a large-scale low-carbon green real estate guidance, green building consulting and green technology engineering service of Jiangyin China park project (the Company (Stock Code: 600675)).The project obtained leed-cs silver certification in the United States;

    2000 acres of large-scale low-carbon green real estate practice, green building consulting, green technology engineering services of Jiakai city (stock code 000918)  Qingdao times city project, it won the certification of China green one star and China high performance housing 2A;
