    Resume

    Ye Delei, born in Yongxiu, Jiangxi. Professor of Faculty of Economics and Management of East China Normal University, doctoral supervisor. He has been engaged in teaching and academic research of modern economics and securities markets. He was the staff writer of Shanghai Securities News, The News, Listed Companies and other newspapers, and published a large number of economic review, financial review, and business management review articles on Liberation Daily, and The Shanghai Mercury. He has worked part-time in securities companies, securities investment consulting companies, private equity fund companies, and participated in management work for a long time. He has served as independent director of listed companies and proposed listed companies such as aisidi (002416), Tronly (300429), and Shanghai Mindhorse Media.
