Dr. Yuan Wang joined the School of Economics and Management, East China Normal University as an assistant professor at the Department of Culture and Tourism in 2019. She is determined to understand social psychological phenomena in the fields of tourism and hospitality following an interdisciplinary approach. Her research interests include peer-to-peer accommodation, destination marketing, and application of social network analysis in tourism. Yuan's research findings have appeared in top-tier tourism and hospitality journals, including Journal of Travel Research, Tourism Management, International Journal of Hospitality Management, Journal of Hospitality & Tourism Research, and Tourism Tribune (Chinese leading journal).
