    Jianrong Wang is Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Economics and Management at East China Normal University. Dr. Wang received the Ph.D. in Finance and a Master of Science in Finance from Illinois Institute of Technology. Dr. Wang's research focuses on corporate finance, managerial incentive, risk management, CSR and private placement. She also works on interdisciplinary research projects linking finance to strategic management.
