    Graduated from Renmin University of China with a doctorate, full-time teacher of East China Normal University. She is also the executive director of the Labor Relations Branch of the China Human Resources Development Research Association and the director of the China Social Law Research Association. She is mainly engaged in labor relations, labor law, labor union and other issues, and mainly teaches courses including Labor Relationship Management and Labor Relations. Participate in the development of the first, second and third level of the vocational qualification training materials for labor relations coordinators and serve as examiners. In July 2018, she was invited to South Korea to participate in the 18th World Congress of the International Labor and Employment Relations Institute (ILERA) held by the International Labor Organization to deliver a keynote speech.
