Academic Achievements

Mainly engaged in the research and teaching of social security policy, social security fund management, pension investment and management, human resource development and management closely related to population economics. Served as a local government civil servant, and held a professional pension management position in the Asia Pacific headquarters of a Fortune 500 company. Once worked in the Ministry of Labor and Social Security for a short period of time, and personally participated in the discussion, drafting and formulation of my country's enterprise annuity laws and regulations. One of the earliest scholars in China to conduct pension-related research.

     Presided over 1 national topic, 4 provincial and ministerial level topics, more than a dozen vertical and horizontal research topics at various levels; participated in 2 national major research topics, and several other various topics. Published more than 30 papers in excellent academic journals in the fields of management, economics, sociology, social policy, such as Journal of Public Management, published 2 academic monographs and 2 textbooks. Won several academic awards at all levels and types of scientific research.
