Dr. Li studied in Japan in the 1990s and earned B.Ec, M.Ec, Ph.D. (Econ.) from Yokohama National University, then returned to China, now serving at East China Normal University.
During study abroad, She focused on Japanese economic history, public finance, and international comparison of local finance. Also specialized in Japanese fiscal investment and funding policies,and housing policies research。
After returning to China, She mainly devoted herself to constructing Sino-Japanese cooperation courses, promoting Sino-Japanese cooperation projects, and cultivating international talents.Successively launched courses such as Japanese economy and Trade, Modern Japanese Economic Analysis(co-organized with Yokohama National University), China-Japan Dialogue(co-organized with Yokohama National University and Kyoto Sangyo University)。Promoted the 2+2 dual undergraduate degree program for economic undergraduates and the 2+2 dual graduate degree program for MBA majors with Yokohama National University, providing hundreds of students with opportunities for Sino-Japanese exchange. She also co-organized and held academic communication activities with Yokohama National University and Kyoto Sangyo University such as East Asia Economic Integration (East China Normal University and Yokohama National University), Social Security for Aging Society (East China Normal University and Kyoto Sangyo University), and Sino-Japanese Academic Forum (Tourism and Local Economy, Welfare and Social Security, East China Normal University and Yokohama National University).
Besides, after returning to Japan again as a visiting scholar for further communication, She collectively researched urban issues in an aging society with Waseda University International Real Estate Research Institute, and established the Shanghai Center of Waseda University International Real Estate Research Institute in the former Business School of East China Normal University to cultivate professional research talents.
Years of experience in studying and researching in Japan have made her more focused on using professional knowledge to explore and solve empirical subjects. She conduct research on the local society's practical issues annually. Thus, operating research projects on community home care, construction of long-term care insurance system, COVID-19 pandemic prevention and public health system structure, and regional economic stimulus policies since 2016. Already completed research projects, proposals, and research paper.
