    Resume

    Hou Shijun has a bachelor's degree in economics and a Ph.D. of management from Fudan University, and is an associate professor in the Faculty of economics and management in East China Normal University. 

    The main courses are enterprise management, international business, and marketing. 

    He is mainly engaged in the research of corporate sustainability, operation and management of multinational enterprises. 

    So far, he has published more than 20 academic papers, more than 20 special comments, 2 academic monographs and 2 textbooks(as one of the participants). 

    He has three cases selected as the top 100 MBA management cases in China, one in the China Business Administration International case library, and one winning the third prize of the first excellent developer Case Competition by school of economics and management in Tsinghua University. 

    He has presided over and completed 3 provincial and ministerial level research projects, presided over and studied more than 20 government and enterprise consulting projects as director or core members.

    As project director or core researcher, he has presided over and studied 20 government and enterprise consulting projects (including 10 project directors and 10 core members) in recent years, which including such fields as enterprise strategy, human resources, regional industry, commercial real estate planning, business process design,etc..
