    Resume

    Yangyang Fan, Assistant Professor at the School of Public Management, East China Normal University, and a Morning Light Scholar. Holds a Ph.D. in Public Administration. My research focuses on the interactive situations between government and citizens in behavioral public administration, with a particular emphasis on the psychology and behavior of public sector personnel, grassroots affective governance, and community identity. My articles have been published in journals such as the International Public Management Journal, Chinese Management Studies, Psychology Research and Behavior Management, and Entrepreneurship & Regional Development. I am currently leading a youth project funded by the Shanghai Philosophy and Social Science Planning Office and have participated in several projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation and the National Social Science Foundation. Additionally, I serve as a reviewer for several SSCI journals.
