Workedas the MBA course lecturer, he has provided training courses and management consultation for dozens of enterprise managers including Siemens, Alcatel, Nokia Siemens, Bell, China Unicom, Baoxin, Braun, Ericsson, Kodak, China Post, China Telecom, China Mobile, JAC Motors and Chery Automobile, and has also been invited to give training and lectures on courses such as Quality Management and Operation Management for employees of more than 10 enterprises and middle and senior management cadres.

Dr. Du Gang is currently professor of the Faculty of Economics and Management of East China Normal University, Doctoral Supervisor, Postdoctoral Supervisor, Associate Dean of the Institute of Interdisciplinary Statistics, Shanghai Pujiang Scholar. He worked as Research Fellow at the National University of Singapore from 2011 to 2013. Now he serves as professor of Asia-Europe Business School and senior trainer of Withub Training Center of Shanghai Jiaotong University. At the same time, he serves as a review expert for many international magazines such as European Journal of Operational Research and a consulting expert for Fortune 500 enterprises in the world.
