Bai graduated with a bachelor's degree in economics from East China Normal University and received a master's degree in economics from East China Normal University.

    Bai has served as the secretary and counselor of the Business Department, and her class has won the Shanghai Advanced Collective Honor. She has been teaching marketing, communication management, team management and other courses, and led business school students to the first Canadian Yiwei Business School Case Competition to win the 2nd place.

    In addition to teaching and scientific research, Bai actively participated in corporate social activities, having served as a marketing consultant for Jiangsu Jibel Pharmaceuticals and Shanghai Huili Flooring, president of the Shanghai business department of Green Futures Company, president of Green Bank of China Investment Consulting Company, and a member of the Shanghai Foreign Enterprise Association in Shanghai and a member of the Shanghai Financial Youth Federation.

    The research on the use of financial derivatives enterprises has been carried out to avoid the risk of price fluctuations for trade-oriented enterprises and production-oriented enterprises, and has played a positive role in promoting the core competitiveness of enterprises by using financial derivatives in response to market changes.
