个人简介


俞磊教授现为华东师范大学紫江学者,生物医学工程与技术研究所所长,美国犹他大学化学制药与制药系和生物工程系客座副教授。主要研究方向为靶向药物传递系统、基因治疗和细胞治疗领域。早期在被誉为世界基因治疗之父的TheodoreFriedman指导下,进行病毒载体用于遗传疾病、癌症、心血管疾病、神经性病变、传染性疾病的基因治疗和细胞治疗中转基因技术的研究。随后在被世界生物高分子药物载体先驱Sun WangKim课题组工作,并成功申请到美国NIH的基金资助。2004在美国成立公司继续进行肿瘤靶向治疗和细胞免疫治疗技术的临床转化和产品开发。2012年全职回国加入华东师范大学,与全国著名的血液科开展多中心临床实验合作,目前已开展了200多例CAR-T治疗血液肿瘤临床案例研究,在难治复发急性B淋巴细胞白血病的治疗中取得了86%以上完全缓解的疗效。近年来在TheranosticsJournal of Controlled     ReleaseBioconjugate ChemistryMolecular Pharmaceutics等杂志发表SCI论文30余篇。
