个人简介

研究主要面向耐药菌感染、脑缺血再灌注损伤、癌症等疾病,立足荧光染料母核,通过分子机制创新,开发疾病预防、诊断和治疗的分子工具。以第一/通讯作者在SCI收录的学术期刊上发表论文15篇,包括Nat. Commun, JACS, Anal. Chem., Chem. Commun., CCS Chem., Sci. China. Chem., Free Radical Biol. Chem., Sens. Actuators B Chem.等。申请国家发明专利2项,主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、中国博士后科学基金特别资助和面上项目。

生物氧化还原的化学精准调控与染料药物化学


1,设计开发新型抗氧化分子机制,用于缺血再灌注损伤的治疗

2,构建结构多样性“呫吨染料分子库”,用于高效抗耐药菌化合物的筛选发现。

3,创制新型光响应活性氧供体及分子荧光探针,理解生物氧化还原化学机制,绘制生物氧化还原网络
