个人简介

尹国宇,华东师范大学地理科学学院副教授,无党派人士。长期从事河口海岸污染物研究,特别是氮素及新型有机污染物的循环、转化、迁移和归宿的研究。近年来,围绕河口海岸污染物复合效应这一主题,基于自主研发的氮稳定同位素示踪技术,揭示了人类活动对河口海岸关键带硝酸盐异化还原过程的影响;结合宏基因测序和机器学习技术,阐明了河口海岸关键带抗生素抗性基因的分异特征及机理;结合地球化学和分子生物学方法,研究了新型有机污染物对硝酸盐异化还原过程及温室气体氧化亚氮释放途径的影响,从功能及代谢层面上深入探讨了河口海岸区域污染物相互作用的机制。上述研究成果为河口海岸区域湿地保护、氮素及新型有机污染物复合环境污染控制提供了重要理论基础,并具有实践意义。研究成果以第一或通讯作者发表在Science Advances、Environmental Science & TechnologyWater Research等国际顶级学术期刊上。共发表论文80余篇,获批发明专利一项。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、中国博士后科学基金项目等,并参与了国家自然科学基金重点项目、科技部重点研发计划课题等重要科研项目。欢迎对河口海岸生境氮循环、温室气体排放及新污染物复合污染机制感兴趣的同学加入研究团队,共同服务于河口海岸生态系统可持续发展。
