研究兴趣:基于微生物生态、环境微生物和生物信息学的交叉学科,主要关注:

1. 开发用于检测高通量测序数据中功能基因片段的生物信息学工具

基于抗生素抗性基因、砷代谢基因的数据库构建ROCker模型用于定量及定性分析环境样品,如土壤及水体中微生物的抗生素抗性基因和砷代谢基因。

2. 土壤微生物响应环境胁迫的生态学机制

主要研究砷胁迫条件下,水稻土中微生物群落结构及功能组成的变化,砷的生物地球化学循环过程,以及砷与其他元素耦合过程的微生物生态学机制。

3. 微生物响应城市化进程的生态学机制及其环境健康效应

应用宏基因组学、宏转录组学等手段,结合生物信息学分析方法,研究城市化进程中,环境微生物在群落结构和功能组成方面的变化,以及生态系统功能的变化(如,生物地球化学循环和提升人群健康等方面)。
