研究方向

研究领域:微生物生态学,分子生态学,微生物生物地理学,全球变化生态学。


研究兴趣与方向:微生物种间相互作用;土壤微生物和噬菌体病毒;微生物群落构建机制;微生物物种形成与进化。


欢迎具有生物化学、分子生物学、进化生物学背景的同学报考博士、硕士研究生。同时也欢迎有兴趣从事相关研究的本科同学与我们联系。


学习和工作经历:2006年本科毕业于北京大学,取得化学与生物学双学位。后赴美国密歇根州立大学微生物生态中心,于2011年取得生化与分子生物学博士,同时期取得统计学硕士。2012年进入俄克拉荷马大学环境基因组研究中心进行博士后研究。2016年受聘于华东师范大学并入选“紫江青年学者”。
