研究方向

    主要从事动植物关系、保育生物学、生境破碎化生态与进化后果等方面的研究工作,综合应用经典生态学方法和分子遗传标记(近期以组学方法)回答生态学问题。具体涉及如下方面:

    1) 动植物关系:目前主要研究榕属植物-传粉小蜂(主要以薜荔及其传粉小蜂为对象)共生体系、壳斗科植物-寄生象虫体系的协同进化关系的形成和维持,也涉及一些壳斗科植物种子扩散与取食动物的关系。

    2) 破碎化生境中生物多样性维持机制:生境破碎化是当前导致生物多样性丧失最主要的因素之一,研究生物多样性、生态过程与生态关系对生境破碎化的响应,建立岛屿生物地理学模型;研究长期处于破碎化状态生物多样性以及协同进化关系动态,为破碎化生境(如城市绿地、岛屿生境、残存自然生境等)生物多样性保护提供科学依据。 

    3) 保育生物学:利用分子遗传标记(包括组学方法、微卫星标记等)研究水杉、坡垒等濒危植物种群遗传结构,揭示其濒危机制,提供保育建议
