个人简介

长期从事超快实验技术与超快晶体学研究,围绕过渡金属配合物材料的超快分子动力学和晶格动力学及动力学调控机制这一研究主线,针对铁基自旋交叉分子动力学机制探索为核心研究方向。在欧洲自由电子激光装置主持两项研究项目联动超快X射线和电子衍射,研究非平衡态光诱导薄膜相变过程结构演化图谱。共发表SCI论文11篇,以第一作者/共同通讯作者发表在Nat. Comm.3篇)及Angew.Chem.1篇)。
