Mengyun Hu received her MS degree from East China Normal University in 2014. In the same year, she joined the State Key Laboratory of Precision Spectroscopy, East China Normal University, as an engineer. Her research interest focuses on the applications of laser-material interaction, especially the photocatalytic nanomaterials and laser-induces breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS). She has successively participated in many national key research and development programs of China, such as the application and engineering development of high-precision optical comb coherent imaging analyzer, the ultra-short pulse laser stealth cutting system and its applications, and the development and application of high-precision terahertz comb spectral imaging instrument. She has already published several peer-reviewed journal articles, applied for six invention patents and an authorized one.
