从事集成电路可靠性方向,在国际顶级期刊/会议如Nature、PNAS、Nature子刊、Advanced Materials、VLSI等发表论文30余篇。


社会兼职

研究方向

依托华东师范大学集成电路学院吴幸教授团队和原位先进器件中心,紧跟国际半导体器件路线图(ITRS),围绕国家战略、集成电路重大需求,采用先进的原子尺度原位表征技术,在“先进器件持续微缩”路线上,面向28nm/14nm/3nm工艺代器件,结合理论模拟仿真,开展材料微观结构-器件可靠性的研究。
