个人简介

管宁子,华东师范大学生命科学学院副研究员,2016年在江南大学获得发酵工程博士学位,2016-2018年在美国佐治亚理工学院进行博士后研究工作,2018年起在华东师范大学工作。主要致力于代谢工程与微生物合成生物学在疾病治疗中的应用研究。其研究成果已经在ACS Synthetic BiologyBiotechnology & Bioengineering等国际学术期刊发表发表第一/通讯作者SCI论文十余篇。申请并授权国内外专利3项。获得国家自然科学基金青年基金,以学术骨干参与国家重点研究计划合成生物学专项。

研究方向包括代谢工程与微生物合成生物学在疾病治疗中的应用研究:

1. 益生菌传感器的开发与应用;

2. 光遗传学;

3. 肿瘤免疫治疗。
