个人简介

2005年分别获得中国中山大学水生生物学和法国勃艮第大学(University of Burgundy)营养生理学双博士学位之后在法国勃艮第大学脂类营养重点实验室从事博士后研究工作。2007-2012年就职于挪威国家营养和海洋食品研究所 (NIFES),任Senior Scientist/PI2012年全职受聘于华东师范大学,任生命科学学院教授,2013-2017任生物学系主任,并先后入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”、上海市高层次人才计划和上海市青年优秀学术带头人。目前主要承担鱼类营养代谢生理和水产品安全生物学方向的科研和教学,是首批国家级一流本科课程、国家精品公开课和上海市级精品课负责人。至今已在国内外知名期刊发表论文逾百篇,主持国家自然基金重点和面上项目、国家重点研发计划项目课题等多项国家项目,兼任中国水产学会水产动物营养与饲料专业委员会委员、中国生物工程学会海洋生物技术委员会委员、中国动物学会内分泌学/动物生理生态学分会委员等职。担任国际鱼类营养生理经典期刊《Fish Physiology and Biochemistry》和《Aquaculture Nutrition》的Associate Editor,国际水产顶级期刊《Reviews in Aquaculture》和《水产学报》编委,英国营养学会会刊《British Journal of Nutrition》的First Editor担任20余份国际学术刊物的学术审稿人和多个国家的科研项目国际评审专家,也是世界华人鱼虾营养学术研讨会学术委员会委员。先后获得中国动物学会第六届青年科技奖2015首届林浩然动物科技杰出青年奖(2020)、教育部高等学校自然科学一等奖(2023)上海市教学成果二等奖(2017)和特等奖(2022)全国宝钢优秀教师奖(2018)、上海市育才奖(2021)、全国霍英东教育教学二等奖(2022)2021年和2022年分别入选首批国家级和上海市课程思政教学名师。
